I wear the shoe to work out and do Zumba. The narrowest they come is a AA and I wear a AAAA, so my foot slides in the shoe, but that's to be expected. It's very lightweight and I like it.

I have a fused ankle and a very bad back. This shoe is one that I wear everywhere. It gives me great stability. And it wears extemely well. I am so pleased that I can order shoes and I have never had to return any because the sizing is true to size. And since I have to have some lift in the heel . I am glad that the catalog gives heel height whenever possible.

Although I have always bought NB shoes, for some reason, this particular shoe didn't work for me and I returned then. I didn't feel there were any arch supports as I have a high arch, and the shoe was narrower and smaller that the size I ordered.

I have a very wide foot and got the widest shoe I could find. I still had to go to a competitor to get wide enough shoes. There was nothing wrong with the shoe itself, it's my wide feet and corns that make buying shoes that are comfortable to me very difficult.
