I seldom need snow boots; but purchased these to take on vacation to Santa Fe. Thank heavens - there were eight inches of snow our first day there. The traction on the boots was excellent and I felt confident as I walked on the snow and ice. My feet never got cold nor wet like they have in my previous snow boots.

Good boot for ice and snow. I feel very stable walking in it. Be sure to wear socks with them. I didn't at first and my heel starting pulling up the lining on the bottom. That stopped once I wore socks with them.

This marvelous boot is a blessing! Being very difficult to fit (size 4 to 4 1/2, fleshy calves), I rarely find a good boot that even comes close to fitting. This warm, beautifully made boot gives me a good fit with an insole. It also fits my calves and is trim and stylish enough to wear with slacks and skirts. This is not a fashion boot - it is an attractive, warm, practical boot. It's perfect for those of us who live in cold climates like Michigan!

Narrow enough in toe area, but heel slips. I normally wear 8.5 N but ordered a 9 N which was right for length. I wish it were more narrow in the heel area, then it would be perfect fit.

I love these boots -- I was purchasing them to replace another pair of TOE WARMERS that have served me well for years. Unfortunately, the 7.5 Wide feels a bit too snug with my orthotics -- so I'm exchanging the pair for a size 8 Wide.

I bought my first pair of Glaciers five years ago. After they wore out, I came back for a second pair - they're that good. Warm, tall (very important for me, where I live we get a LOT of snow), and dressy. I wear mine to the office. The long zipper makes it easy to get them on and off.

I am a small person with bad bunions. Because of this I have to buy a size much too large for my feet. These boots have been great and they are comfortable. The leg part of the boot is much too large but I just put my pants inside and they stay dry and free of salt. Ideally it would be nice to have that part of the boot smaller but I am coping well. Living in Upstate New York and walking to work, I need boots that are salt protected and waterproof, have good traction and are sturdy. All of these apply.

Very comfortable, warm and soft inside, safe in snow and ice. However, because my foot is wide, does not mean my calf is wide, and they are a little large around the leg.

The boot was good looking and made well, but the size was not true to my size and was to tight in the right foot. I ordered 5.5 . A six, that I tried at the store was to loose in the heel and slopped around. So, I had to return the product. This is the down side of mail-order.

I was looking for a great winter boot and ordered this one. Everything looks and feels good. I ordered a half size larger than normal as I felt I would wear heavier socks in them. But with just a light weight sock they feel short; no extra toe length that I thought the extra half size would provide. But I am keeping them and trust that I won't have to walk too many miles in them at any one time.

I bought these boots right after I purchased a two month old Doberman puppy. I don't have a fenced in yard so she needs to be walked several times a day. Since I live in northern Illinois I needed boots that will keep me warm and hopefully prevent me from taking a spill when the ice and snow are here. I think they're going to work just fine.

I had originally ordered an 8.5 AA, my usual size. I had to return boots for a 9 AA which fit much better. Return was easy, no hassles, received new order in a timely fashion. I am pleased with your service as well as the product.

Happy I found a boot to use in snow deeper than ankle high. Most tall boots were dressy, not practical. I did have an issue with sizing. I ordered my size and they were too tight. When I called to see if I should get a half or whole size up I couldn't get a clear answer. I ordered a whole size and it is a little big but I'll just use a heavy sock. I didn't want to hassel with sending them back again. But I am pleased with them overall.

I have wide, temperamental feet. It has been so difficult for me to find comfortable boots with flexible soles, that I have spent several winters shoveling snow in tennis shoes or my Propet sandals with wool socks for warmth. These boots are awesome!!! No more cold wet feet.

The boots were very useful for the amount of snow Connnecricut received this winter. The snow banks that I had to endure did come up to the top of the boot.

The boots could have used a little more lining, but all in all they keep my feet warm.

I bought these boots to wear when it snows, and they came in real handy this week, when the east coast got hit with a big snow storm. We had 6-7 inches of snow and I wore them all around the yard, and while shoveling snow, and cleaning off the car. I just wore them with pantyhose and no socks, and they still kept my feet warm and dry the whole time. The toe area on these boots tapers down a bit, and could stand to be a little bit more rounded, to allow your toes to spread out more, but they are not so pointy, that they are uncomfortable. I wore them in the snow for over an hour, and my feet did not hurt at all. I am very happy with them.
